Warranty policy
1. Warranty cases
– The product under warranty must meet the following conditions:
– The product must still have a stamp (serial number) and be within the warranty period (12 months from the date of purchase)
– The damage is determined to be due to a technical error of the manufacturer.
– The product when brought for warranty must not have been opened, repaired or replaced with components…
– The customer must bear the cost of shipping the product to the warranty center and receive the product back at the center.
2. Cases outside the warranty regulations
– The product has had its screws opened, or has been repaired or replaced with components before being brought to the warranty center.
– The product has not been properly stored during use, transportation and storage.
– The product has not been periodically maintained according to the operating and usage instructions.
– The product is overloaded, not functioning properly, or has the wrong power source…
– The product is worn out or damaged due to user error, or accidents, fires, natural disasters…
– The components are naturally worn out during use.
You will be responsible for the repair costs if the product damage does not meet the warranty conditions.
3. Warranty - Repair Methods
Please contact our sales staff or customer service via Call/Zalo/Viber to notify us of the product status in detail.
– You can send the goods to our office by express delivery or come directly to the office.
– After receiving the goods, we will check and evaluate the product status. Then we will notify the customer about the warranty repair according to Mitutoyo's regulations.
