Return policy

In order to take care of and ensure the interests of customers, Huu Hong Industrial Equipment Joint Stock Company applies the following exchange policy when purchasing our Mitutoyo products:

Regulations on exchange and return of goods

Customers can only exchange new products of the same type when the product has a technical defect from the manufacturer but must comply with the following conditions:

- The product has a defect due to the manufacturer. After having a confirmation report from the company's technical staff or our technical staff

- The product is not of the correct type or model as ordered by the customer.

- Insufficient quantity, not complete set as in the order.

- The product is not scratched, cracked, wet or contaminated with chemicals.

- The box is not torn or broken; must have full catalog, components, accessories, gifts (if any).

- There are full accompanying documents such as delivery notes, purchase invoices.

- The product has not been disassembled.

+ In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to exchange the product belongs to Huu Hong

+ The customer will bear the costs of transportation, installation, dismantling, etc. according to Huu Hong's regulations

The product cannot be exchanged or returned when

- The product has been calibrated.

- The product is scratched, cracked, wet or contaminated with chemicals.

- The customer wants to change the type or model of the purchased product.

- The product box is torn or broken; there is no complete catalog or accessories.

- There are no complete accompanying documents such as delivery note or purchase invoice or warranty card.

- The product has been disassembled.
